Depending on the season, our menu also features highlights such as asparagus, mushrooms, venison and other wild specialties, as well as duck dishes. With creativity and attention to detail, we give classic recipes a special touch while staying true to their roots.

BREAKFAST at the R&R Strandhotel Baabe

Our generous breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you prefer sweet, savory, or healthy options, you’ll find everything you need for the perfect start to your day. Help yourself and enjoy as much as you like – so you can head out feeling energized and ready to explore.

Choose from a wide selection of fresh rolls and breads, cereals, nuts, fruit, quark, and yogurt – perfect for creating your own individual muesli. You’ll also find a variety of cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh vegetables, salads, and sweet spreads.

If you prefer a heartier breakfast, enjoy smoked salmon, herring salad, freshly prepared fried eggs, crispy bacon, and sausages. Freshly brewed coffee, tea, juices, milk, and water complete the experience.

DINNER á la carte or half board

After a wonderful day on Rügen, treat yourself to our generous half-board buffet at the R&R Strandhotel Baabe. Create your own fresh salad plate, enjoy a daily starter soup, and choose from changing meat and fish dishes – all rounded off with a delightful dessert.

To complement your meal, we are happy to recommend a fine glass of wine or a freshly tapped beer from the Störtebeker Braumanufaktur.

Have you booked breakfast only? No problem at all. You can add half board during your stay or simply choose your favorite dish from our à la carte menu.

SUMMER SPECIAL

From May to October, we invite you to enjoy our special summer menu on the hotel terraces. Look forward to gourmet burgers, delicious tarte flambée, and refreshing summer drinks – with or without alcohol.

As you relax and dine, you can take in the colorful bustle along Baabe’s central promenade.

Our Casablanca bar team is also happy to serve you creative cocktails in both the indoor and outdoor areas of the restaurant. And should a brief summer shower pass by, there’s no need to worry – our terraces are protected with awnings and sheltered from the wind, so you can continue your culinary experience in comfort.
