In our restaurant "Zum Kranich" you can enjoy seasonal and regional delicacies, which we prepare for our guests according to time-honoured Mönchgut recipes. In addition to fish dishes with pike perch, cod, salmon and plaice, there are also meat, pasta and vegetable dishes. Depending on the season, you will also find asparagus, mushroom, wild- and duck dishes on our menu.

With creativity and finesse, we give traditional dishes a special touch.

BREAKFAST at the R&R Strandhotel Baabe

Our breakfast buffet in the restaurant "Zum Kranich" leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sweet, savoury or healthy - here you will find everything your heart desires. Dig into your heart's content so that you can start the day well-fortified.

Our breakfast buffet offers a variety of rolls and bread as well as a selection of cereals, nuts, fruit, quark and yoghurt. So you can put together your own individual muesli in the morning. Of course, there is also a selection of different types of sausage and cheese, eggs, fresh vegetables, salads and sweet spreads. Those who like something heartier will be delighted with smoked salmon, herring salad, fried eggs, bacon and sausages.
And there is fresh coffee, milk, juice, water and various teas.

DINNER á la carte or half board

At the end of a beautiful holiday day, you can feast on a rich buffet as part of the half board at the R&R Strandhotel Baabe, put together your own individual salad plate and enjoy a starter soup, as well as meat and fish dishes that change daily, followed by a small dessert.
We will be happy to serve you a suitable drop of wine or a freshly tapped beer from the Störtebeker Braumanufaktur.

Have you only booked breakfast? No problem - you can register for half board on site or simply order something from our a la carté menu.

SUMMER SPECIAL

From May to October, we also offer a special summer menu on our hotel terraces with fine burgers, delicious tarte flambée and refreshing summer drinks with or without alcohol.

While you enjoy your meal, you can watch the colourful hustle and bustle on Baabe's central promenade.

The Casablanca bar team will also provide you with delicious cocktails in the restaurant's indoor and outdoor areas.

And to ensure that no unexpected rain shower disturbs your culinary experience, we have covered the terraces with awnings and protected them from the wind.
